Student Health Record Form

Kindly be informed that the school no longer provides student vaccinations including Ministry of Health Vaccinations. A notification letter will be sent in case of national campaigns. This notification will provide information about the type of vaccine, timing and available places for administration.

Students in KG1 - Grade 8 are not permitted to leave the school campus on their own. It is expected that a parent or guardian will meet them at the appropriate gate upon dismissal
Please complete the attached Permission Form in order for your children to leave with someone other than their parents. This includes drivers, nannies, aunts, etc. Form is available in Arabic as well here
For health and safety purposes, we must have a record of the people you are allowing to pick up your children. The form should be filled, signed, and should be sent by email. All emails should be sent from the registered ones on PowerSchool, otherwise requests will be rejected. A hard copy from the form should be handed to the security with a hard copy of ID

IB Handbook 2019-2020.

All IB DP students and their legal guardians are required to read this document which includes IB policies on assessment, academic infringements and malpractice, and the awarding of the diploma and certificates.

IB Academic Honesty Booklet

Students in all IB diploma courses must be aware of their ethical responsibilities with regard to academic honesty. The booklet is published by the IBO and is used to guide AISE West academic honesty practices.
