AS PART OF OUR FOCUS ON CONNECTION AND RECONNECTION, WE REQUEST THAT EACH FAMILY PARTICIPATE IN THE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE UPDATE.
- Form 1: Child Parent Protection Contract: American International School in Egypt - West Campus, in keeping with international standards, is committed to child protection. AIS West serves to promote and protect the positive learning and wellbeing of all students while enrolled in the school. Every child has a right to feel safe and secure. As such, procedures have been developed to guide our staff and families in matters related to the health and safety of children in our care.
- Form 2: Intent to Reenroll: Please state your intention to enroll or withdraw for the 2024/25 school year.
- Form 3: Parent Consent and Media Release Form: Please click here to read AIS West's Media Policy in English and in Arabic.
- Form 4: Update Student Contacts: In order to ensure you are receiving all-school emails, it is necessary to provide your family’s updated contact information. This form also houses mandatory policy compliance information essential for the Egyptian Ministry of Education as well as AIS West school functions.

Log in to your AIS PowerSchool account. If you are having trouble with your log in, feel free to email support@aiswest.com

From the left Navigation menu, click on Forms.

Scroll down to find the forms titled ‘AIS Child Protection Parent Contract’ and ‘AIS - Update Student Contacts’

Click on the form name. Fill in all information and click Submit.
