2022-2023 Performances

AIS West Band performed to a packed house during festive week!. They began with the solemn "Carol of the Bells" as the students set the stage, making an entrance carrying candles. Along with the holiday music, a wide range of music from the past and present was played.

We all sang to Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas is You" at the end.
Students from Elementary, Middle, and High School were invited to watch the holiday performance.
 

This was our first holiday performance in three years (since COVID). Music is back in our students' lives once again!

On December 2022, Grade 4 students wowed their audience with their artwork and musical performances.

Students worked hard to showcase their abilities as they displayed their artwork for their families during our first art exhibition of the year.
 

They then performed musical numbers from around the world on stage. Students sang in different languages and kept in tune with the rhythm of the beat as they played the xylophone or beat on drums. Our Grade 4 students also emceed during the performance as they introduced the various pieces to the audience. Presentation and performance opportunities are important for students to build their confidence and stage presence, whether for future boardrooms or conferences!

On December 2022, our children went on stage for the first time in their lives! KG1 shared their community service project that supports all the workers at school KG2 performed the vegetable song in Arabic: نحن الخضروات Grade 2 sang Christmas songs, recited a beautiful poem, and danced. Our students Sienna and Hamza were the MC hosts for the day. The event was so much fun!
